 Booking Confirmation:
By booking a taxi with us, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein.

• Booking Information:
Passengers are responsible for providing accurate booking information, including pick-up location, drop-off location, and desired arrival time. Any inaccuracies in the provided information may result in delays or missed rides, for which we shall not be held liable.

• Responsibility:
We strive to provide timely and reliable transportation services. However, we do not accept responsibility for passengers who miss their ride or arrive late due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to traffic congestion, road closures, or insufficient time allocated for travel.

 Cancellation Policy:
1. Cancellation Deadline – Customers are required to cancel their booking at least 1 hour before the scheduled pickup time.
2. Late cancellation fee – If a booking is not cancelled within the specified time frame, the customer will be charged half of the fare as a late cancellation fee. This fee helps cover the compensation for our drivers.

• Driver Conduct:
Our drivers are expected to adhere to strict standards of professionalism and safety. Any concerns regarding driver conduct should be reported to us immediately for investigation and appropriate action.

• Liability:
While we take all necessary precautions to ensure the safety and comfort of our passengers, we shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during the provision of our services.

• Waiting Time:
1. Grace Period – Passengers will receive a 45-minute grace period from the scheduled flight landing time before waiting time charges apply.
2. Charge – A fee of $0.50 cents per minute will be applied for waiting time exceeding the initial grace period.

• Changes to Terms: 

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated to passengers via our website or other relevant channels.
