Does Auckland shuttle van  operate 24 hours per day?
Answer –  Yes, we do, but our office hours are between 6am to 8pm Monday to Sunday. Booking in advance is essential. 

What time should I book to be picked up from the Airport after my flight arrives?

Answer – Domestic flights recommended time is 20 minutes after your flight scheduled arrival time. 

International Flights we recommend 45-60 minutes after your arrival time. If you have food items or anything to declare please allow extra time. Auckland shuttle vans will monitor flight arrival times and will adjust booking times should your flight be delayed or arrive early.

How early do I need to book?

Answer – We recommend booking the day before you wish to travel or earlier, you can book up to 2 months in advance. You can also book 60 minutes for bookings to the Airport or 60 minutes for bookings from the Airport.

Does it cost extra per passenger?

Answer – No, when booking please select the right amount of passengers. Small van 5-6 passengers, medium van 7-8 passengers or large van 9-11 passengers

Do I have to share with other customers?

Answer – No, this is not a shared ride service

Can I pay the driver cash?

Answer – All our  drivers accept cash or you can pay by Eftpos.

Child car seats?

Answer – Are not required in passenger service vehicles. However, we do provide car seats for a fee of $15.00. When making your booking please request which size car seat you need. 

How long should I allow for my trip to the Airport?

Answer – It is recommended to give 45-60 minutes before to make it to the airport on time. 

How much luggage can I take? 

Small Van caters: 4 Checked bags & 2 Carryon (1- 6 Passengers)

Medium Van caters: 5 Checked bags & 4 Carry on (7-8 Passengers)

Large Van caters: 10 Checked bags & 8 Carry on (9-11 Passengers) Oversized items and 7+ checked bags requires a large van.
